The Titan RS100 and RS75 models are custom built to your specifications and feature a spring assisted mechanism designed to support loads too heavy for manual lifting. This smart design allows the door to roll fully above the lintel, ensuring a clear, unobstructed opening.

Operation
24V Belt-Driven System
Motorised systems utilise low-voltage 24V belt-driven technology to deliver smooth, quiet operation. The 24V system may be configured with a single motor or dual motors, allowing the door to remain evenly balanced across the opening.
240V Chain-Driven System
Motorised operation utilising a 240V chain-driven system, designed for larger and heavier door applications, including wide-span openings.
3-Phase Motor Option:
For large-scale applications, including doors exceeding 20 metres in width, a 3-phase motor configuration is available.
Spring-Assisted Mechanism
Helps reduce strain on the motor, allowing for smooth and efficient operation over an extended period.
Direct Drive Systems
Available for high-cycle environments where standard shutters are not suitable. This system offers enhanced durability and performance in demanding Applications.
Control Systems

Aluminum Bottom Rail
Engineered for strength, the bottom rail minimizes deflection caused by air pressure and deters forced entry or penetration attempts.
Perforations
Ideal for car park installations where ventilation is critical. Our steel roller shutters can provide up to 38% airflow, ensuring compliance with airflow Requirements
Wind Locks
Optional wind locks can be added for increased security or when installing doors over 6500mm wide, providing stability against strong winds and forced entry.
