Designed without a floor track, the minimalist look is further enhanced, while the integrated logic control system ensures smooth, efficient motorized operation. Our motorized system also helps eliminate occupational health and safety risks associated with manual use, reducing the potential for misuse or damage.
Manual operation is available as an option, depending on the door’s size.

Specifications
Curtain:
Frameless door panels are manufactured from 10 mm, 12 mm, or 15 mm toughened glass, fitted with slimline aluminium top and bottom rails measuring 118 mm high × 40 mm wide. The rails are interconnected using custom-designed stainless steel hinges, allowing the panels to operate as a free-floating or pivoting frameless system.
The door system can be arranged in three standard configurations:
Pedestrian Door Options:
Option A: Access door located at the stack end.
Option B: Access door positioned opposite the stack.
Option C: No access door, with even-numbered panels stacking only.
Stack Bay:
Each stack bay is custom-fabricated to suit individual project requirements. The split-track design enables panels to glide smoothly along the track path and stack compactly within the bay. As folding occurs exclusively within the stack bay, the system can operate close to adjacent obstructions without compromising performance.
Locking:
The main curtain can be secured to the floor at selected intervals along the length of the door. Access doors are fitted with Lockwood locking mechanisms mounted on patch fittings.
Tracks:
Head track - The track assembly comprises a three-part extruded aluminium profile measuring 125 mm high x 105 mm wide, incorporating both the running track and an integrated pelmet to conceal the door drive. Motorised systems are currently limited to straight track runs only. Manual configurations may accommodate certain curved openings—consult Titan Door Systems for further details.

Manual operation is available.
Motorised Operation:
Where specified, the system may be fitted with a purpose-designed 24V low-voltage motorisation system. The 24V system can be configured with either a single motor or dual motors, depending on door size, weight, and project requirements, to ensure balanced and controlled operation.
The motorisation system incorporates logic control with built-in radio receiver capability and may be operated via local key switch or remote transmitter. Fire input connections and external control integration can be provided where required.
For auto-closing applications, the installation of PE safety beams is recommended.
Motorised systems are engineered on a project-specific basis. Consultation with Titan Door Systems is required to confirm suitability and configuration.
