Overview
Clearfold Doors combine innovation and elegance to transform any space. Gliding smoothly along a discreet overhead track, they eliminate the need for a floor track while maximising usable floor area.
Uniformly made of an even number of panels, these doors can be custom sized for various openings and stack neatly in compact folds, giving the impression of a wall of windows without compromising security. A lead post ensures easy operation, and their versatility makes them ideal for commercial or residential applications.
Tailored to individual needs, Clearfold Doors blend minimalist design with advanced technology, enhancing spatial flow and elevating the visitor experience.

Specifications
Curtain:
The curtain system consists of a continuous three-section extruded aluminium hinge connected to 100 mm top and bottom rails. For openings exceeding 2000 mm in height, the inclusion of a mid-rail is recommended. Standard infill is 6.38 mm laminated glass, installed between the aluminium panels and held securely in place using purpose-designed co-extruded glazing wedges. Openings are configured with an even number of panels, with individual panel widths manufactured specifically to suit each opening.
Locking:
Vertical locking is installed at both ends of the curtain, providing secure engagement at the top and bottom. Additional floor locking is incorporated at successive hinge points.
Tracks:
The track system is manufactured from a two-piece extruded aluminium profile measuring 100 mm x 68 mm. Curved track options are also available where required.
Stack Bay:
Each stack bay is custom-fabricated per project. The split track design enables panels to move smoothly along the track path and stack compactly within the bay. As bi-folding occurs only within the stack bay, the door system can operate close to surrounding obstructions without restricting functionality

Motorised Operation:
Where specified, the system may be fitted with a purpose-designed 24V low-voltage motorisation system. The 24V system can be configured with either a single motor or dual motors, depending on door size, weight, and project requirements, to ensure balanced and controlled operation.
The motorisation system incorporates logic control with built-in radio receiver capability and may be operated via local key switch or remote transmitter. Fire input connections and external control integration can be provided where required.
For auto-closing applications, the installation of PE safety beams is recommended.
Motorised systems are engineered on a project-specific basis. Consultation with Titan Door Systems is required to confirm suitability and configuration
